Independence Day Partner WOD (Time)

For time:
1 mile run
Then;
7 rounds of:
7 air squats
7 push ups
Then;
7 rounds of:
7 sit ups
7 burpees
Then;
6 rounds of:
6 walking lunge steps
6 pull ups

*Work in teams of two. Both team members must complete the 1 mile run together. For the rounds of 7/7/6, each team member must complete 7 (or 6) rounds each. P1 completes a round while P2 rests; alternate until all rounds completed.

*”Sport” tier athletes wear a weight vest if available.
