So, many of you had an opportunity to meet Lea from Primal Cravings just a few days ago. You more than likely also had the opportunity to sample her Entree dish she brought along, Chicken with brussel sprouts and bacon (of course) and also her bomb diggity Paleo friendly cookies ! OMG RIGHT!? Stuff was off the chains ! ! ! ! If you didnt have the opportunity to make it in a few nights ago, well you missed out..! But guess what? Lea will be bringing in her sign up sheet if you are interested in her Paleo/Primal food delivery service… That’s right, Lea and her crew at Primal Cravings have a service where they actually cook and deliver just for you , now if that doesnt just make you feel special i dont know what will ! Imagine that, Monday through Friday you have someone dropping off Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to your home or to the box. Along with 2 snacks ! If 3 meals is too many you can even do just lunch and dinner………..
When i first sat down with Lea and we discussed this venture of hers the first thing that came to mind was the cost effectiveness of her service and how she can bring her passion to the masses. I started to add up how much i spend on a daily basis for Lunch and Dinner and, HOT DAM , I spend a grip.. No joke my friends, im not even gonna share that dollar amount with you.. Now, this might not be for everyone, but it for dam sure will save my butt a ton of money and also keep me in check as far as my nutritional intake. This is a guarantee that my fuel for the day is LEGIT and good for me to improve my WOD times and help my strength gains etc ! Well.. any others questions, holla atcha boy and i’ll get them to Lea.. We have her price sheet and weekly menu at the box now… Signup sheet will be in this morning and we need to make sure if you want delivery set for monday 6/25/12 we get you on board asap.. So a few weeks or maybe months ago (seeing that this guy is super busy) i asked George to make a “BOOMBOX” recipe that he can throw up on his ever so popular website.. After Forever and a day, LOL , he finally got around to hookin a brotha and his crew up! So peep it out, this dude came up with a fantastic post wod / recovery soup that can be made up in just a few minutes !!! It can even be frozen or refigerted to go !
